The cassette type modular design of this corrugated cardboard singe facer is intended for quick flute change over.
The unit can be changed under 10 minutes and during the process.The cassette roller unit is delivered into the machine through an electric trolley.It is then locked into the hydraulic oil system and fixed onto the base
The fast roller locking mechanism in controlled with a simple filp of a switch,no need other tools.
The PLC program control and user-friendly interface allow for simplified and safe operation.
Additionally ,the single facer can be run on electricity or by natural gas heatin for optimal production flexibility.
